  • Product Not as Described: If you receive a product significantly different from its description on our website, you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please provide evidence of the discrepancy (screenshots, specific examples).
  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical difficulties accessing or using the purchased product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We request that you first attempt reasonable troubleshooting steps or contact our support team for assistance.
  • Accidental Purchases: If you’ve purchased a product by mistake, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the product was not accessed or downloaded.
2. How to Request A Refund
  • Contact our customer support team.
  • Provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for the refund request
    • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.)
3. Refund Processing
  • We’ll review your refund request within 7 business days.
  • If your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
4. Restrictions
  • Downloaded/Accessed Products: We cannot offer refunds for products that have been accessed or downloaded, as they cannot be returned in their original state.
